If you sign up with us you get access to features like track your present and past orders receive notifications once your favourite products are back in stock you don’t need to enter your contact information more than once. it gets saved for future deliveries
You can go to ‘My Account > My Orders’ and check the status. You will also receive an email & sms notifications once your order is confirmed, shipped & delivered.
If your product billing amount is more than 10k your shipping is on us in case of Beauty products. In the case of Fashion Accessories you will find an option of shipping amount.
Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition.
Once they pass through the final round of quality checks, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

If the order has not been shipped, shipping charges will be refunded.

Once the return is approved by Nadmac, the refund would be processed within 7 working days as follows.
Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request a replacement.
Note: in replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.
We do not accept returns if product is damaged, defective products that are covered under seller/manufacturer warranty returned is attempted without original packaging price tags and labels freebies and accessories if any tempering of the serial number.
